The answer should be B only ..
One way could be to draw circles for each set of people..
lets see the choices:-
(A) Some shy people are extroverts.
Some shy people are extroverts, as some shy people are actors and actors are extroverts
(B) Some shy extroverts are not actors.
We know All actors are exuberant..
and we just know some shy are actors, so these 'some shy are also part of extroverts..
But we do not know anything about remaining SHY people. Are some of them in EXTROVERT or NOT can not be said with the info here
as you can see answer can be YES-- shaded portion-- or NO.
INCORRECT and the ANSWER
(C) Some exuberant people who are actors are shy.
Correct
(D) All people who are not extroverts are not actors.
the reasoning is
if A( actor) then B( extrovert).. MEANS NOT B, then NOT A
so its correct, there is no Actor possible if he is not EXTROVERT because actor is a subset of extrovert
(E) Some extroverts are shy.

A has to be true because all actors are extroverts and some are shy...thus some shy ppl are extroverts.
B doesn't have to be true.
C has to be true because all actors are exuberant and some shy..thus there much be some ppl who are exuberant, shy actors.
D has to be true...if all actors are extroverts, someone who is not an extrovert is not an actor.
E has to be true for same reason as A
Thus ans is B
