For a comprehensive overview of GMAT Scores, please see GMAT Scores Hi guys,
I have decided to post something useful for all the people taking the GMAT.
Very often people ask themselves: "ok, I need at least a 680 score (for example) to be considered by Y school, but how much I need in terms of Q and V?"
Thus, in order this not to be a mistery anymore, I have decided to post a very nice XLS file containing all gmat scores in range from 470 to 800 and related Q and V scores.
Each gmat score has its combination of Q and V scores.
So, if you are excellent in math, for example, and you need the score of 700+, just look how much you need to acquire in verbal section.
p.s. We all know that GMAT is a mystery, so some actual gmat scores may differ by -/+10 points.
The most accurate presentation of scores is in the range from 500 to 750. Scores in 760-800 range are subject to variations, but believe me

you should not worry about this with the GMAT score higher than 750.
Update: GMAT score = (Qscore+Vscore)*7.35+70, (with +/- 10 points). Attachment:
