I have a doubt about the structure. We can follow this structure only there is a common subject in both clauses , not in list.
May you please shed some light on this structure.

a) Parallelism error if there is a list" and" will always be towards the end of the list.
b) Correct Parallelism followed (please find the word included in the sentence).
c) This completely changes the meaning by stating THE IMPORTANT Themes rather than among the important themes.
