The Q is asking us to find 3 out of 7 and then arrange them.... so it is a permutation Q..
\(7P3 = \frac{7!}{(7-3)!} = 7*6*5 = 210\)

Since, "no of way" is asked for selecting 3 from 7 stocks..
7*6*5 = 210

Number of ways of ch0osing 3 stocks = 7C3
Number of ways of ranking the chosen stocks = 3!

Hence total ways of chosing and ranking = 7C3 * 3! = 7!/4! = 7*6*5 = 210

Correct Option: C

'Choose and rank' signifies its a permutation problem.

Number of ways to choose = 7C3

And, then to rank these = 7C3 X 3! (or 7P3)= 210

C is the answer
