D seems correct ,but why the need to put within a comma pair when it seems to be an non-redundant information.

An interior decorator who specializes in color claims from a one-hour interview with her clients that she can determine which colors will create the best atmosphere for the inhabitants of the space.

Meaning: An interior decorator(who specialized in color) claims (from a one-hour interview with her clients) that she can determine which colors will create the best atmosphere for the inhabitants of the space.

A) from a one-hour interview with her clients that she can determine ---> claims from one-hour interview sound awkward. (from a one-hour interview with her clients) should have been separated by comma.

B) from a one-hour interview with her clients he has the ability of determining ---> claims should have been followed by either that/to and ability of determining is not correct. It should have been ability to determine.

C) the ability, from a one-hour interview with her clients, of determining Same as B claims should be followed by that/to

D) to be able, from a one-hour interview with her clients, to determine --> Correct

E) being able to access, from a one-hour interview with her clients, ---> It has corrected the idiom error related to able, but claims being able to access is wrong.
