We can draw a triple venn diagram, the middle must be 2 and each intersection between any of the two circles must be 3. Thus the intersection for "A and B but not C" must be 1, and if we put 0 for A only, B only, C only we have each circle having 4 in total only.

draw 3 vent diagrams with intersection, put 2 in Center in intersect with all 3, put 1 in each intersect of just 2 circles. Count number in each circle. I think the answer is 4. Please provide feedback
