IMO - C

To show an example of an ice sheet 'such as' should be used.

To compare or link more than two things 'among' should be used in place of 'between'.

"Between" is used to compare 2 items and "Among" is used to compare more than 2 items

B. ice sheet like the Antarctic ice sheet, can be used to show a link between temperature, precipitation and global sea level variations.
"Between" is used to compare 2 items and "Among" is used to compare more than 2 items. "SUCH AS" is used to give examples

C. ice sheet such as the Antarctic ice sheet, can be used to show a link among temperature, precipitation and global sea level variations.
Correct Answer

D. ice sheet such as the Antarctic ice sheet, can be used so that a link among temperature, precipitation and global sea level variations could be shown.
Why to use PASSIVE Voice??

Such as is correct and we use between to establish relationships between two phenomenon. Among is used when comparing more than two
