Anyway... If you're using Windows Vista or Windows 7, you have to delete the Log file from two locations:

1. C:\Program Files\GMATPrep\Exams
2. C:\Users\{user_name}\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\GMATPrep\exams

Be sure that the files are not hidden on your computer :)

If it's hidden, you can't see the App Data Folder!

Is the program currently installed?

For windows XP, that alone should suffice!!
Go to C:\Program Files\GMATPrep
Start the GMAT Prep from there by clicking the icon

There are also some instructions here: gmat-prep-power-prep-official-free-gmat-tests-77548.html

You can also just "FINISH" the test - I frankly don't know if there is a lot of value in reinstalling but maybe. Nobody knows :)

@Tinki
1. Un-install the GMAT prep software
2. Go to program files and delete the folder called GMAT Prep
3. Re-install

and then try

i have re-installed several times NO help :(((

i really want to re-install cuz while doing practice Test 2 (for the first time) i have seen repeats form Practice text 1/ in verbal same passages for example . How could that be ? i though the two practice tests were different. i was expecting repeats from the same practice test but not from the 1st test or vice verca.

so i really want to maximize my chances of seeing new questions
though dont know what to do .....

hopeless .....
