I am also having this issue and also have not found a solution. ProctorU support pointed to GMAC, GMAC is only giving me automated responses that they'll reply in 1-2 business days. I haven't found a specific Yardstick contact (I just get redirected to Meazure/ProctorU tech support)

If I don't hear back today I will email Admissions to get some additional guidance.

What I heard from Sophiyak seems like she already had an account and just needed to register, so they were able to help her with that (Yardstick support testingsupport@meazurelearning). This same path has not worked for me, and I'm not sure it will work for anyone else who doesn't already have an account

Got it - thanks for the update. Let me know if you hear anything and I'll do the same!

I've reached out to GMAC through a few channels but haven't gotten anything yet. Their phone call in number just went to an automated response with a 1-2 day response time. Kind of unhelpful

I received a useless reply from GMAC linking me to the page where you can click “create an account”
Clearly they had not actually clicked the link themselves. I already emailed admissions letting them know I was occurring for me. Probably helpful for others to flag this to them, as I have yet to hear a response from them

Yeah, I ran into the same mess with their site not long ago – that stupid “Internal Server Error” just kept popping up no matter what I tried. Switched browsers, went incognito, even used my phone... still nothing. Emailed them, but man, they reply slower than a sleepy turtle. If you’re short on time and need to get stuff sorted, try https://samedaypapers.com/buy-research-papers/; it honestly saved me once when I was drowning in deadlines. Gave me some breathing room to focus on other things while waiting for them to finally fix their junk. Hopefully, you won’t be stuck in error-page purgatory much longer.
