Anyone else having trouble registering for Business Writing Assessment

Hello - I need to take the GMAC Business Writing Assessment on short timeline. For the last few days, I have been unable to register for the exam because of an "Internal Server Error" on the GMAC website. GMAC has no live customer support so I cannot resolve the issue except through email, and the response rate has been very slow and so far not resolved this. I am hoping to take the exam this Sunday and am worried it will not be possible because I cannot register. Is anyone else having this problem? I get it on multiple browsers, in incognito mode, and on my phone. It has been an issue for multiple days

Hi. MBA.com has been having some issues for the last 24 hours. The online store has completely gone off-line yesterday though I can see it’s back online today.

Some people could not pay for their GMAT I can totally see having issues with other sides of the website....

My suggestion would be to call them to book it on the phone.

Thank you! Having trouble figuring out how to contact GMAC live. The number I found took me to Proctor U, which is not the source of the error. Do you know how is best to reach them to book live?

Yeah I've tried to chat with Proctor U (tried a few representatives over phone and chat) and they said since I don't have an account they can't help me. Apparently, the issue lies with GMAC

That’s pretty messed up and it’s Friday evening so nothing‘s going to get done probably until Monday if I know anything about corporate world 😬

The good thing is that you’re not going to be the only one in that boat and everyone are quite a few folks will be affected so I would keep checking it once a day to see if it comes back to life.

Tried that phone number as well and call fails everytime i get through all the robot messages. Trying with Meazure / Proctor again but pretty sure GMAC is the issue

Update here is it actually seems like Yardstick Assessments, which was acquired by Meazure Learning (which also owns Proctor), is the issue. Conveniently, they also have no phone number, and no one at Proctor can put me in touch with them

AFAIK, Meazure also owns Examity (online GMAT), and online GMAT scheduling was  down for weeks .

Also, they really should have kept AWA in the test. Haven't heard anything positive about BWA.

Are you also getting the same error - "Booking was unsuccessful. Please try refreshing the page and selecting another time slot. If the problem persists, please contact Yardstick Support."
