I am not able to get hard questions correct in the quant e-gmat
I go through concept files, application files and get nothing less than 80 - 100% but the difficult questions make no sense to me. Easy and Medium is what I get, and I have been at this for 5 months now.
For hard questions I find similar questions on Gmatclub and often find a different approach that is much easier to understand.
1. I don't think there are enough methods to a concept that is taught to address different kinds of questions
2. It is definitely for the engineers, someone with no math background knowledge is going to find it a bit more difficult
Anyone else have this same opinion? Anyone else struggling?

I grinded the test bank from Kaplan (https://gmatclub.com/forum/600-to-700-in-4-weeks-is-it-possible-what-is-the-best-plan-342108.html#p2689304. I definitely felt lost at times. It's also normal to have trouble with the "hard" questions. I ended up going from a 41 to 49 in math by practicing relentlessly and reading the explanations. You can absolutely do this.
I have diagnosed ADHD, which is an impediment to studying. We all have challenges; I am sure you can do this. The math on the GMAT is really just high school math. It's all about understand how to do the problems, and practice makes perfect. I cannot speak to anything other than what I did, but it worked for me, and it can work for you.
