Hi all,
I am planning to attend the on-campus info session and sit in a class this thursday, Oct 11th. Anyone else doing the same? Any advice or things to do from people who have visited would be appreciated.
Current Students: Guys, What would be an interesting class to sit in. I am planning to attend the 3:30 pm class on thursday.
Any relevant inputs are welcome.

If you are driving, give yourself atleast half an hour to an hour for parking. Definitely take a walk around the campus-especially around the lake-it is beautiful.

Yes I did- just go talk to the prof a few minutes before the start of the class and let him know you are a prospective student. I sat in a "Business Strategy" class and there was a case discussion, so difficult to follow but the interactions in the class amongst the students was top notch. I would have liked to sit in on a more traditional class though.

I'm doing my interview & class visit at the end of November. Will be taking the train from downtown.

My 2 cents: allow for considerable time when taking the train. It's probably about 1 - 1.5 hrs from downtown, depending on time of the day (by way of frequency) and other factors. Maybe some locals can expand or ammend, but that was my experience when I visited earlier this year.

Round 1. It just happens that I'm in town that week for business.

crap. Good thing my interview isn't until 11. Maybe I should cab it there and then train it back?
