The MBA application portal for 2022 intake would start from Jan 2021.
Thus, I would recommend achieving your GMAT/GRE or IELTS / TOEFL score by then.
Meanwhile, you can start working on your profile, LoRs, Statement-of-Purpose and attributes related to it.

For Jan 2022 intake, applications will be open in the month of Jan 2021. IELTS/TOFEL scores have validity for 2 years. GMAT/GRE scores have 5 years of validity. So, based on your targeted score, make a time table, and do the preparation. All the best.
