Hey guys.
I have a low CGPA - 7.07/10 ( Bachelors in Technology - Civil Engineering - Mumbai University)
GMAT - 700 (Q49, V35)
IELTS - 8.5
I have a 9 month work experience as of now.
I have done a few internships in construction and content writing. Even worked as a Freelance content writer
I have fairly good extra curriculars - Won National level music competitions etc. I have also been a part time music teacher for the last 3 years.
No specific volunteer work though.
Could someone help me understand my chances in these colleges?

You have a pretty good shot at getting into these universities. Your Gmat scores and extra- curricular activities work strongly in your favor, which will boost your chances of landing an admit. But again it mostly depends on your essays. But looking at your basic profile, I would suggest( I'm no expert at this) you apply as soon as possible.

Yeah, I would agree that you have a good shot at these schools. Do not use your CGPA, convert it to a conventional GPA. My CGPA is similar to yours, but mine converted nicely to a 3.3 GPA, which looks significantly better. ESADE uses this conversion: https://www.foreigncredits.com/Resource ... alculator/
Make sure your CV looks great (I used UpToWork - they have a few nice-looking free templates available). There are also discount codes around the internet - google well and you may find one that still works. Your essays will be important, but with a 700 GMAT, you won't have to write the greatest essays. Most of these schools admit people with 600 GMATs if they have great essays.
Also, your English has to be good enough - this will be a factor in the interviews, no matter which way you cut it.
However, if you nail these things, you should get admissions offers. Don't wait though, the earlier you apply, the better your chances are.
