Yeah, I would agree that you have a good shot at these schools. Do not use your CGPA, convert it to a conventional GPA. My CGPA is similar to yours, but mine converted nicely to a 3.3 GPA, which looks significantly better. ESADE uses this conversion:

There are also discount codes around the internet - google well and you may find one that still works. Your essays will be important, but with a 700 GMAT, you won't have to write the greatest essays. Most of these schools admit people with 600 GMATs if they have great essays.
Also, your English has to be good enough - this will be a factor in the interviews, no matter which way you cut it.
However, if you nail these things, you should get admissions offers. Don't wait though, the earlier you apply, the better your chances are.
