Hi, do i have chances to get into bocconi with a low gmat of 600 but a good GPA?

GMAT scores are generally considered more universally comparable than GPA's and their recency also increases their weighting. GPA's ranges fluctuate a lot between different undergrad programs to the GMAT serves a counterbalance.

there is no information about your career background
have you seen the class profile of the course you want to pursue?
to increase chances of getting an interview invite gmat score should be atleast matching to class avg.

You have not shared enough information for a profile evaluation. Having said that, the average GMAT of the MBA class at SDA Bocconi is around 670; therefore, chances of making it with a 600 on the GMAT are low.

Hello guys,

I applied to Bocconi end of November 2021 in round one with a GMAT of 620, because the lady at the info event urged people to just apply as early as possible even if their GMAT is not optimal.

She said we could upload a better GMAT later on, as long as its before the 20th of January - long story short I retook the GMAT, its now 710, but they won't let me upload it into my application.

Should I withdraw my application and reapply now still in round 2?

If I wait for the full round 1 feedback round, it will be round 4 by then and if I don't get admission my chances will be severely worse, right?

Yes for sure. Difference in score is huge. With that score, I would apply to better schools. Try LBS or Insead. Plus, the Italian economy is not doing so good so...
