Are integers P and Q both multiples of 3?

(1) PQ (a two-digit number) is a multiple of 9
(2) Q is a multiple of 3

1) includes 99,81,36 any 2 digit number which multiple of 9 hence P,Q can be multiples of 9 or may not be !!! ---> INSUFFI
2)theres no clue about P INSUFFI
Combine both again 99,36,63 are 3 numbers where Q is a multiple of 3 and P too is a multiple of 3 . IMO C

1st eq is not suff.
Now lets assume 2nd statment correct thna half portion of questions solves.
So if Q is multiple of 3 that means Q can be 3,6,9 and so on

Now consider 1st Equation again
PQ is 2 digit number
P3,P6 & p9 can be 3 possibility of 2 digit number Now all these numbers are divisble by 9 means P can be 6, 3 or 9.
So both P & Q are multiple of 3.

Hence Answer is C) Both conditions together provides the answer.
