Wrong forum My friend !!

any way

A) a + 4 = c
for a,b,c to be consecutive integers
they are of the form
a,a+2,a+4
we do not have any information on b

insufficient.

B) a < b < c
a,b,c can take wide range of values .
insufficient.

using both
let a = 1
c=5
b can be 2,3,4
insufficient.

Another simpler method will be by trying to plug in some values and check the options individuall...

I. Say a = 1 , now 1 + 4 = 5 (Odd)

II. a < b < c = 1 < 3 < 5

Using both the options also the Question can not be solved.

The answer must be (E) Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT sufficient
