The initial part of the sentence in the future tense commands that the latter also be in the future tense.

That is correct, first hint is the conjunction used: "but" which should scream of parallelism. Next is the form/ tenses used i.e. to show a future tense via 'will be' v/s the infinitive form used in option B.
