It seems like everyone is aiming for these roles. Money is not so important to me, and work-life balance is definitely very important for me.
In fact, I was thinking of saving enough money from my current engineering job, put enough money into fixed income, and then work odd jobs or teach English while I travel (dare I say travel indefinitely?) Obviously this route will have pretty serious consequences, from losing friends to my parents disowning me, but that's besides the point. This is not something that I might actually do, but it does sound like a lot of fun.
Anyway, I'm seeking advice on what types of jobs would be a good fit for me. Although I have an engineering background, it is not something that I particularly enjoy. This is why I seek opportunities elsewhere.

As an aside, a guy at Tuck works full-time, but only from May through November. He coordinates the companies that students do consulting gigs for. Travels for the other 5 months out of the year.
