Dear GMAT buddies,
My score was canceled because I went out of the testing room during exam (for a fresh air). I was not provided with written instructions on the policy that day. Therefore after the cancelation decision by Pearson (GMAC partner for exam), I appealed with reason (not provided with instruction and no cheat on exam). However they still give a final decision on cancelation and claim that the policy violation P will be appeared on my report for the next 5 years. This is so unacceptable. Just would like to ask you guys what shall I do, is it possible to appeal somewhere to get the decision changed?
Also if the P (policy violation) is appeared on my report, how serious it is for my MBA application? Shall I give the explanation for the policy violation during the application?

Welcome to GMATClub
I feel sorry for your case but I don't think there will be any benefit of doing so.
I would prefer explaining this in your optional essay and make sure you add "silver lining" to it.
