IMO D should be the answer.
The gap which needs to be created is 12 hours.
Forward speed is 1 unit, Reverse speed is 2 units.
The time from which the clock will show the same time at (12/2+1) = 12/3 = 4 hours.
Time on the clock will be 3:20 PM + 4 hours is 7:20 PM
