Average of 6 multiplied by 40 = 240 total goldfish

4*3=12;6*8=48;5*2=10;4*0=0

A total of 70 goldfish and 19 children accounted for, leaving 170 goldfish to be allocated among 21 children.

To maximize a child's take, minimize the remaining children's take.

Allocate 4, the minimum, to 21 children, a total of 84.

This leaves 170-84=86 additional goldfish for one child, for a total of

4+86=90

Total fish = 6*40 = 240
Total students = 40
Students already won = 4+6+5+4 = 19
Fish already won = 4*3 + 8*6 + 2*5 + 0*4 = 70
Remaining fish to be won = 170
Remaining students = 21
Minimum 4 fish for remaining students = 21*4 = 84
Remaining fish = 170-84 = 86
Can be given to one of the 21 remaining students, maximum fish given to one student = 86+4 = 90

Therefore, Option B is the answer.
