At least 100 students at a certain high school study Japanese. If 4 percent of the students at the school who study French also study Japanese, do more students at the school study French, than Japanese?

(1) 16 student at the school study both French and Japanese
(2) 10 percent of the students at the school who study Japanese also study French

given that atleast 100 studens study japanese
say total students studying japanese=j,
studying french=f

studying both=w
given : 4/100 * f=w
(1)says :4/100 * f=16 => f=400 now since we know atleast 100 students study jap. we cannot compare f with j INSUFF

(2) 10 /100 *j =w = 4/100 *f
=> j=4/10 * f => f >j SUFFI

IMO B
OA pls
