Hi all, I'm not native English so my biggest weakness is the AWA part. Would really appreciate any help in sharing, if any, a real and elaborate AWA template or a sample of a good writing that can score 6 for thd test, and reasons/analysis why it could score 6. I'd be equally grateful for any info about how to purchase such template and sample with analysis from a reliable test prep provider.

Depending too much on templates and samples isn't a good idea. They tend to encourage a mechanical methodology without really explaining the underlying concepts of what works and why.
By all means check out a few templates and samples, but pick up the nuances and build your own approach to tackle AWA essays.
Practice and then practice some more.
If you are keen to know whether you are making progress, here's a tool that can help: Online testing tool for GMAT AWA Sample Essays.
It's not perfect. Far from it, actually. But it could still give an indication if you are getting better or worse.
Good luck!
