Hi Friends!
I am a Mechanical Engineer and Quality Manager at an Indian construction MNC with 11 years of experience in Power Plant components' Quality Assurance, Inspection, Project Management, Vendor Development, and Design Review.

I scored 655 (93rd Percentile) in the GMAT Focus edition.

My main MBA goal is to transition to industries and gain expertise in consulting/general management. I would like to apply to business schools with strong placement records matching my profile. Looking forward to your suggestions. Thanks in advance.

me.soyeb - GMAT score is good, assuming a balanced sectional split. Would suggest looking at Europe/ UK (and perhaps Canadian) programs, given your higher work-ex. Some thoughts to ponder on: why MBA/ now? why consulting? which domain/ niche (e.g. linking your past experience) and geographies? what are your transferable skills? what's plan-B?
