I received fee waivers so far from Rochester Simon and Wash Univ St Louis Olin School. I started receiving these offers last month after I took the GMAT and scored well.

Not USA schools, but NUS (Singapore) has no fees, they trialled it to increase application volume, and it worked a bit too well. 5k applications this year I heard :o
Manchester (UK) have no fees for Online applications.

Duke waived the fee for the Women's weekend participants. Yale did the same for the Diversity weekend participants. However, I would strongly recommend against applying somewhere just because you don't have to pay a fee. I would have applied to both schools anyways. The fee waiver was nice, but really didn't make a difference in my decision to apply.

I know everyone will say that the cost of application is nothing compared to what one would pay for the B school fees, but I would definitely like to know whether there are any schools out there that do not charge an application fee. Even though this should not be a consideration for those applying to a B-school it still can be something to think about. So if you guys know of any such schools please do list them out.
From what i can tell the Leeds University Business School does not seem to have an application fee as such.

i think Olin (Washington university) is the highest ranked one that doesn't charge a fee. their entire application process is supposed to be very easy - no letters of rec and no app fee

Interesting. Leeds University Business School is ranked only a few places above Washington.

No letter of recommendation criteria makes a lot of sense to me. Atleast you don't have to tell your boss that you plan to leave in the next 6 months but need a favorable letter of recommendation(s) from him before doing so.

Not sure about absolutely free applications but there are a lot of schools that will offer drastically reduced fees under certain circumstances, although I was surprised by the number of business schools that did not offer need-based fee waivers.

Non-need-based offers did exist though. Duke had a fee reduction to $50 for people that attended info sessions, which you probably heard about. Carnegie Mellon has a low $100 fee that they'll waive for various reasons, such as high GMAT, etc. (Also some of CMU's other programs have no-fee online applications so if you're considering a joint degree, Tepper would be a good place to apply)

Not quite as highly ranked, but ASU had a fee waiver too. I think it was just for rd 1, which imo didn't give an applicant who didn't have ASU on their radar enough time to write a good app.

Vandy also was selectively waiving their fees. If you went to their booth at an mba fair, or even showed some interest, the fee was waived.

CMU was free with an email from them, Duke was 50 if you went to their event (free if you had a fuqua alum recommend you or are a Duke student/alum).

If you know a duke fuqua alumni or current students, and have their referral, the application fee will be waived.

I attended some MBA fair back in September and received a fee waiver from Notre Dame.

I've also been courted with fee waivers by Lally and a few others that I can't remember.
