I am concerned about a potential background check. On my resume, I said that I worked for Company X for four years. However, last year, the company created a subsidiary and migrated my employment records to this new entity.
I made no mention of this on my resume, and I am still on the same server as the parent company and work with people in and outside my subsidiary on a regular basis.
Could this jeopardize my acceptance? I literally didn’t even consider it worth mentioning.

Hi. I think it will be totally fine. I have gone through background check and I mentioned working for Company X while I really was a consultant working for a whole other company that had 20 people working for it. It was not an issue and not a problem. Which if that was not an issue, I am sure a subsidiary would work just fine.

I echo bb's pause for concern. The background check may very well reveal that corporate change. You are totally fine. If you are really worried and want to get ahead of it, you can proactively bring that to the addition of the company performing the background check.
Take a deep breath and enjoy your acceptance!
