Good catch kingfalcon. Looks like the Kellogg essay will distill down to short vignettes.
I'm still curious about the second question -- for stories that won't get communicated any way other than recommendations, is it better for recommenders to answer questions with short examples of different situations, or one big example (my best achievement) and use it illustrate all my strengths.
The answer may be "do what works best for your situation", but I wanted to see if there were adcom preferences one way or another -- do they like to see many short examples, or in-depth analysis of 1-2 situations.
