Here is a quick and dirty way to check:
Because - is a conjunction, used at the beginning of a clause, before a subject and verb.
Because of - is a two - word preposition, used before a noun or a pronoun.
The noun in your case would be the compound noun 'Elnath Industries posting' which then confuses the grammar.
