This happens with me all the time....as English is not my first language too....I guess the more you practice reading and speaking in english...the more you will get better at comprehension.

Try to do atleast 3-4 RC passages daily without fail for atleast 20 days. Even if you get all incorrect do this atleast for 20 days and you will start seeing some difference.

As a non-native speaker as well, I'm sure it will take you a couple more years to have an intuitive understanding of English (e.g. when you think you will start to use English rather than your native language when you have an intuitive grasp of English)
