Gmat club has a lot of practice questions.They also have a "Question Of The Day" (QOTD) posted by the admins, everyday.
Other than that, you can buy practice tests or the full course from companies that provide GMAT prep courses.

The best SC questions are the official ones. The best explanations, IMO, are by Ron from Mnahattanprep. Just paste the beginning of the question in google anf you'll get link manhattan forum.
