I'm interested in applying to schools with a good nonprofit concentration and was wondering what schools are well regarded in that area. I know Stanford, Berkeley, NYU, Duke, Michigan, and Northwestern are all top tier schools with solid programs. Any other suggestions?

Wharton also has a lot to offer with Wharton Social Impact and various other offerings. Yale is a great one as mentioned, in fact better than many you listed above for your target area

This article is a bit old but the rankings are still pretty close. The top 5 programs are probably Yale, Stanford, Berkeley, Kellogg, and Harvard. Then Ross/Duke/Wharton also have good programs.
