Most people choose between two basic section-order strategies: starting with their strongest section or starting with their weakest. Both come with pros and cons, so the best approach is to test a few different orders in your mocks and see which one feels most comfortable and gives you the smoothest flow without forcing you to adjust too much during the switches.
A few combinations you can try are D/V/Q, V/D/Q, or Q/D/V.
Section adaptiveness plays a small role on the starting difficulty. The bigger factor is managing fatigue and concentration. Think about which section you want to attempt when you are at your sharpest to give you best returns and which one you can still perform well in even when you are tired. Your ideal order will come from balancing both of these considerations.
