Bill is training for a bike race and needs to complete a rigorous weekly training program whereby every Monday he bikes 3 miles, and every Tuesday he bikes 4 miles. Since Bill starts training on the first Monday of a month that begins on a Thursday (1st), bill will actually start cycling on 5th of the month (1st Monday).
Total miles for the week=3+4+7+11+1+12=38
total weeks = 3 since 21 days

Since he starts biking from Monday , by the time he reaches the 21st day of the month he would have driven for two weeks and three days. He already lost 4 days in the beginning. hence 38 x 2 + (M + Tue +Wed) =76+18=94
