Delighted to see my latest score (710), and I'm all set to apply for R1 this month and the next. While my official score report is not out yet, I'm a little concerned at the blank status and blank actions column for my test as shown below:

Where is the 'Enter ESR Code' button? There was a 'Cancel Score' button that disappeared after 72 hours obviously. How much longer until these are updated? What if I wanted to access an ESR for this score?

I would wait another day or two and then contact GMAC customer service. Here's their contact info in India:

Same suggestion as above.

I took my test on Saturday and the status was blank until this morning, when I received my official score report. I don't think it's worth worrying about--I googled around and other people have had the same experience. Some people also reached out to GMAC and were just told to wait a few more days. When did you take your test? I'd give it maybe until a week after your test date.

Was wondering if you had any update on this since others may be facing a similar problem?
