B = 10+J
B+2 = 2(J+2)
12+J = 2J+4
J = 8
B = 18
In 5 years Bob will be 23 years old.

b=j+10
b+2=(j+2)*2
b+2=2j+4
b=2J+2
J+10=2J+2
J=8
B= 8+10 = 18
5 years later 18+5 = 23
