Hi all,

I have been admitted to Bocconi and ESADE and I am struggling to choose the right school. At first my priority was on Bocconi but since I am only admitted for the Accounting, Financial Management and Control Master and not the Flagship Master in Finance, I am think of choosing ESADE due to its good reputation and the flagship MSc Finance.

I know the reputation of Bocconi in general is maybe a bit better but I think since I will only study the tier2 AFC Master maybe I have better chance by studying at ESADE the MSc Finance.

What do you guys think? Let me know your thoughts and experiences :)

Many thanks guys ;)

Congrats :)
what was your GMAT score and TOEFL?

Personally I prefer Bocconi than Esade. 1. location 2. name/brand
Where are you from?

Congrats on your acceptances! Both are great schools, and I've had the opportunity of visiting both, and doing an exchange semester at Bocconi. I don't think you can go wrong with either, but I found Bocconi's support staff very friendly, along with a great amount of career support (even for exchange students)

Thanks for the info :)

I decided to go for ESADE basically because of the MSc Finance Program. They offer great electives and the program structure is more attractive for me than the Accounting Financial Management & Control Master. I also think that the competition at Bocconi is more intense because there are around 160 Msc Finance Students plus an additional Number of AFC students. In addition, I think many employers know that AFC is mostly the program people choose, who weren't admitted to the MSc Finance.

I hope ESADE was the right decision and the School has a good reputation to offer me some great career opportunities.
