Hey, I'm new to the forum. Just been looking around for a few days now.
I am gearing up to sit my GMAT exam early next year and looking to self study. I've looked through the prep section and narrowed it down to:
The Official Guide 12ed
The 8 Book Manhattan Series
Will this be enough prep to go from start to finish? Ideally, 2/3 months of study before the exam. Also would it be worth buying the Kaplan Premier with the prep listed above?

I think this is very good material to start with. You can buy books for improving individual sections such as PowerScore CR , Aristotle SC Grail. After going through concepts, you can buy GMAT Club tests or question bank from Kaplan or Knewton.

I don't think you need the Kaplan Premier on top of what you have (only if you want additional tests perhaps - $30 is not going to change much).
