booth ($) vs. MIT Sloan -- early admission

Question

Hi all,

I was fortunate to be admitted to Booth (with the small booth scholars scholarship), and MIT Sloan through early admission, and I am struggling with which one to choose. Long-term career goal falls in healthcare/social impact/tech, immediately after MBA I am looking consulting/healthcare operation or analytics. I feel like employment outlook is very similar at both schools, so a few other factors that are important to me are:
1) study abroad: Booth has study abroad and MIT doesn't, and I would really like to study abroad.
2) international recognition: I don't necessarily need to stay in the U.S., and feel that MIT is a strong name internationally 
3) finances: Booth seems to be more generous with money, although I'm not sure how this applies to deferred candidates who are already committed
4) resources: Booth seems to have more social impact opportunities, while MIT would have more tech opportunities, so not sure here
5) Did undergrad in chicago, Sloan is just a change of scenery which would be strongly appreciated

Any inputs would be appreciated!

First, congrats on your offers! Those are just my thoughts, I'm not affiliated with any of those schools:

1) Is there a way to design your own semester abroad at Sloan? Some schools seem to offer that opportunity. 
2) I would agree that MIT (because of its undergraduate institution) has a stronger brand name than U Chicago in most countries. I don't know, however, if this is also true for people involved enough in the business world to hire you (Sloan vs. Booth)
3) + 4) not really sure
5) Where are you going to work? In Chicago as well? If so, Boston would be that change of scenery. If you already work somewhere else, things look different. Did you do your undergrad at U Chicago? If so, I would probably not attend the same school for undergrad and MBA

Congrats on yoru admits! Fantastic job. I would agree with all of your classifications/takes. I think the exchange/travel part seems a bit funny in the COVID-19 we are living today..... At the same time, while an exchange is good, it usually comes at the expense of recruiting, and i would recommend against it most of the time unless you can do it for a short period outside of the recruiting season.

Thanks for your inputs! I won't be enrolling for another few years...I think booth's quarter system makes it easier because I can just do a quarter in the winter or spring.

Congrats on the admissions! Do you mind sharing some advice and your background for the early admission MBA at MIT? I’m applying this year and there's just not a lot of info out there on what makes a good profile for the early admission applications. I am unsure if my background is strong enough to stand out (maybe that's just me doubting myself).

Thanks for binging it up. I wonder if we can give an option in the decision tracker for the early admission option (I got thrown off by it by not reading the subject).... not sure how else to look up profiles.
