I'm scoring in the upper half of the 600s right now on MasterGMAT (last 2 sims) but not quite getting there to 700.
I've gotten to the point in the MasterGMAT course where it is approaching "maintenance" mode. Basically it is just giving me questions to review based on my weaknesses. I'm worried that there may be more that I can do that I'm not doing.
Just want to get some advice on where to go from here to push into 700 territory. Are there additional resources that I should take advantage in addition to the MasterGMAT questions to help me get there?
I've been taking 1 practice sim test a week, should I start doing more? I plan on taking the test around late december so I have one more month to go.

Not sure taking more practice tests would help improve your score. Are you reviewing the problems that you missed?
I can't remember where I seen the analogy but it goes something like studying for the GMAT is like bringing down a fever. The number of times you take your temperature doesn't matter, you need to understand why your temperature is high.

You seem to be well on your way to breaking 700! I started out doing one practice test a week as well (I was enrolled in a Kaplan class and wanted to finish all the tests before I took the real thing). Although your test taking stamina will be off the charts, reviewing he incorrect answers is more important for someone at your high level in my opinion.
