I'd believe it. My father travels to China for work a couple times a year, and one thing he keeps stressing is that there is a need for management level employees in China. The Chinese culture just does not create strong organizational leaders organically, and here is a need for western managerial styles in Asia.
If I were smarter, I would have capitalized on my background and completed my MBA years ago, and headed back home myself.
