I have not seen this issue reported - I would definitely notify GMAC so that they could fix it and also hopefully provide you with a free retest

­Hi, 

I wanted to ask if anyone had the same problem or anyone knows what the problem could have been...

So I have just taken the GMAT focus edition online today and for the Data Insights section there was no calculator available. I did see the whiteboard symbol and could use it, but there wasn't a calculator symbol anywhere on the screen! When I clicked the "help" icon, it said that the calculator symbol should be on the lower left of the screen. But it wasn't... It really messed up my DI score because due to that I lost a lot of time and started panicking a bit.

Did anybody have the same experience or does anybody know what the problem could have been?

­I just took my exam and had the exact same issue. I have called and emailed customer care, other people have experienced this issue and they are deciding on a resoltuion at the moment. 

My exam also froze during the DI section and I lost 12 minutes.

Even I faced the same issue during my recent appointment and I did bring it up with the proctor he suggested for the reschedule of the exam and the appointment was cancelled

I took my exam online on 12th March, raised a request right away and got a reply from the GMAC on 15th March which acknowledged the problem. Th­ey are willing to offer a free retake in test centre which will bypass the 16th day retake rule. Attaching their reply ­

­For those who had the same issue, did you receive an official score report before the score was cancelled? I took the exam on 3/17, notified the proctor (and customer support that evening), and then received an email the next morning that my issue was under review and would be resolved within 5 days. I have yet to receive a follow-up resolution to that email, but I just received an offical score report, which is really confusing. Would appreciate some help/insight from others!

Yes but considering the fact that I havent been too proactive in replying to their follow up mails you can consider a delay of a day at max in my case! Also, theres Weekends and all so I guess thats another consideration

Sorry, my bad. Misread your question. I chose yesterday. So they needed approximately 20 hours to send the voucher details to me. Fingers crossed that you will also hear back today!­

Hi everyone,

I have experienced the same issue as some of you have mentioned: when I took the GMAT Focus on March 17, there was no calculator on my screen for the DI section.

Do you guys have any recommendations with what to do? I've tried emails, but still haven't gotten any response from anyone yet. Did you get a reply from the customercare email?

I am not sure who to call either, especially since the few numbers I've tried to call were simply not available.

If you guys have any suggestions, any advice, please help!
