Hi All,
I have applied to georgiatech in first round and interviewed with them. Now again, I have received a mail for follow-up interview. What to expect from this call? How to handle it? Why second interview ?

It means you are still in the running but they haven't decided for sure. If you perform well enough in the 2nd interview, you will get in. Sometimes schools are not sure about candidates and they do ask for another interview. I had a client who applied to Cornell and the same thing happened to her a couple years ago. The second interview was similar to the first, but went into more details. She ultimately got in.

I recommend preparing really well! Reach out if you want any help.

Good luck.

Best,
Scott

Thank you so much Scott for bringing some clarity. Can you give tips on how to prepare. I am Technology consultant at Oracle for last 2.5 years and plan to work as strategy consultant after MBA

You are welcome. Make sure to know your story inside and out. Research the school and know why you want to go there and practice the behavioral questions. Those are a few tips, though if you want to do a mock interview, we can go into a lot more detail. See below.
