I submitted my application mid-end November. I can see that there are applicants who submitted after me who already have interview invites. Is it safe for me to assume that this is the end of my story at CBS ?
Columbia is pretty clear about the fact that, despite their rolling admissions for Regular Decision, you can get an interview invite at any point in the process. For example, if the 1st reader doesn't ask for an invite, but the 2nd does, just because your app went under review before someone that submitted later than you, doesn't mean that you will definitely get an interview invite before them. Everything I've read and then seen in this forum has shown that this is the case. That being said, I don't know if there's a threshold after which it's been long enough since you submitted that you can start to worry. But I'm going to guess you probably have some more time before you can start freaking out

. I know, easier said than done, and I'm sure I'll be in the same boat as you if I don't hear in the next 2 weeks or so.
When do you think it is reasonable for those of us who submitted our app's last week of december/first week of january to look for invites?
