Hey Aymana - I think you mean the last Application as CBS doesnt have a R3... Just curious what date did you submit you app?

Aymana - Cool...I submitted the app on April 10th but no update for me! When did you check the status? Did you check if you received an email stating the status change? Also, would ve great if you can list your profile....

Anyone else submit close to deadline and receive any update?

I got an email today asking to set up a call with admissions for later. Does anyone know what this means?

I assume this means I wasn't accepted outright otherwise they'd just call to congratulate but maybe also not a denial because why talk to me on the phone then? Waitlist? Try and convince me to to J-term (won't be hard)? Thanks but try again next year?

I think it has generally meant they want to try to sell you on J-Term or EMBA

They're probably not going to call you for the waitlist or to suggest reapplying. They might be calling to try and convince you to join J-term or EMBA. They also could be calling to learn more about your profile. Either way, its a really good sign. Make sure you're abreast of your profile, and make sure you know exactly why you want to join the fall term, assuming it actually is your preference.

I've applied to Columbia Friday/Saturday EMBA program during last week of regular decision date. Obviously, i won't hear anything until next couple of weeks. But, i'm also waiting.....

It seems that there are very few people here applying for EMBA program. But, can anyone share his/her EMBA admission and interview experience?

I am on the waitlist too... I know they put a lot of people on the waitlist instead of rejecting them so who knows. I also recieved an email reaching out to see how interested I still am. Good luck to everyone!

I received a call from admissions with some follow up questions about my app. They said the committee will meet next week to start reviewing the waitlist, so maybe there will be some movement soon.

Guys... exciting news!!! I got an interview invite from Columbia for EMBA program:). It'll be scheduled for next week.

Does any one have Columbia's EMBA interview tips to share?
