Once you log in to your account, you need to click on 'Application', then a drop-down menu with two option will appear. Click on 'Check Application Status' and then, on the far right you'll see a green circle with the leyend 'Check Status' righ next to it. Click on it and it will take you to a brief summary of the recen activity on your account. The last item 'Last Updated Date' is the one we're talking about here. Regardless of their decision, your account most have had been updated at some point in the process. If it hasn't, it will, don't you worry about it.
