Don’t believe that. My stats are very low and got interviews at way better schools. UCLA seems like they don’t care about anything else but stats - that’s why they’re inviting people with bad work experience (fired from multiple jobs) with killer stats. It seems like UCLA is trying to climb up the rankings while not caring about hurting the classroom experience.

Is UCLA still sending interview invites?
I have pretty good stats but not very long work experience, but haven't received interview yet.
My primary recommender is a UCLA alum and I've also done lots of networking with students and alumni. Met with an AdComm officer twice during MBA tour events. Just haven't visited campus yet since I'm on the east coast. Would it hurt my chances?

I thought they had rejected me without an interview lol
