during my interviw at Kozhikode, the interviewer asked me if I know about their EPGP program.. I said Not in details.. but he said that is also a good program..

Does anyone here has idea about how good is that program..

Targeting :- IIM L IPMX, IIM B EPGP , IIM K , IIM I EPGP :- 34 GEM
10th - 77%, 12th - 69%, Bachelors in Electronics Tier 3 college in India - 67.6%, Masters in Electronics- Europe (68.6%) No GPA system in University

Work ex - 10 years (8 years in Europe +2 years in India)

Domain :- R&D quality and reliability of hardware parts in automotive/medical devices (Engineering+ Quality strategy(Defining roadmap for future)+Leadership (Mentorship to Junior Engineers, Technicians)

GRE - 304 (155 q+149v)

Achievements/Extra curricular :-

1. Stood first in thesis/second overall in class in the Masters Degree course in Europe
2. Received awards for optimal electric vehicle chip quality and reliability designing from employer
3. Three progressive switches in engineering ladder in Europe.
4. Best batsman/man of the match award in tournaments.

Hi Valm1994,

At the outset, I would strongly recommend retaking the GRE since there is still sufficient time before R1 applications. With the current score, there may still be an outside chance at IIM L, IIM K, and IIM I, but IIM B could be difficult at this stage. A GRE score closer to 320 would make your profile significantly more competitive across most top one-year MBA programs, and would also strengthen your chances at IIM A.

Overall, your international education and work exposure are definite positives and can help differentiate your profile in the applicant pool. Your extracurriculars also appear fairly solid and add balance to the application.
