29 years, Male Pakistan.
BS Computer Sciences (CGPA 2.7/4.0)
Post Graduate Diploma (CGPA 3.8/4.0)
GMAT: 690

Professional background:
Total Work experience: 6 years
•Shell – 3.5 years (2 promotions)
o leading $300mn topline Global Business with 15+ direct reports and 50k+ customers, reporting directly to global leaders
o 2 promotions in 4 years – currently Business General Manager
o Won global awards in sales
•Toyota – 2.5 years (1 Promotion)
o Business Analyst - Treasury, Accounting, Finance

Extra-Curricular:
• Been a part of Pakistan debating community since 2013 – lead the largest public speaking club in Pakistan, organized several conferences, launched 1st ever social outreach initiative for debators in PK
• Regular volunteer in schools since 2017– coaching debates to students

Your academic records are alright. There's no need to convert to a 4-point grading system if your system doesn't align with it.
Understanding the distribution of your 690 GMAT score into Quantitative and Verbal sections would provide valuable insight. A high Quant score is favorable.
Your career trajectory seems promising at first glance. Shell and Toyota are both feeder brands at INSEAD. Crafting a compelling narrative that positions you as a valuable asset in the context of the company's global business ventures will allow the substantial impact of your work to stand out.
Additionally, your extracurricular involvements exhibit several strong attributes that can bolster your application.

Overall, a strong chance of getting an interview if application is done well.

Do all interview invites come on the same day or are they rolling?

Yes I contacted my interviewers at the same day I received their details!(10days ago) The first one replied immediately saying that he has already informed the AO that he will not be able to interview me! So I emailed my AO and they replied saying that they are searching for another interviewer! But still no answer!
I emailed them again on Monday saying that I am still waiting for the details of my second interviewer and for my first interviewer is not replying but I didn’t hear back yet!!
