I got an e-mail for the admission office stating [to clarify, this is for R2]
Thank you for submitting your application for admission to the Berkeley MBA Program at the Haas School of Business. Your file is now ready for review by the admissions committee. Application decisions for complete files will be released on the response dates specified on the application form, and you can check your application status online at https://ssl.haas.berkeley.edu/admissions/application.
I don't know if that means they've started looking on R2 materials or not. But just want to throw it out there.

I got that email a month ago. It just means they've verified your file is complete. According to last week's email, they started actually reading apps today.
Edit: oops, I see that you noted that email was about your round two application. Still, I doubt they've started R2!
